Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough professional dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
- Examine patient oral health, evaluate periodontal condition, and record clinical findings.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and nutritional counseling.
- Take and process digital dental radiographs as required.
- Maintain strict infection control standards and ensure sterilisation of instruments.
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license to practice in South Carolina, USA.
- Degree or diploma in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.
