Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures.
- Take high-quality diagnostic digital dental X-rays.
- Assess patient oral health status, screen for periodontal disease, and document conditions accurately.
- Educate patients on preventative oral care techniques and personal hygiene routines.
- Maintain sterilization, safety protocols, and compliance with OSHA/HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Active State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Arizona.
- Current CPR / BLS Certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
- Experience with digital dentistry and electronic health record systems preferred.
